<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and accurately retrieve water quality data of raw water corresponding to water quality data of respective ponds at a specific date and time by automatically calculating time legs before the raw water reaches the respective ponds in a purification plant. SOLUTION: A process data storage means 1 gathers and stores water quality data of the respective ponds of the purification plant and momentary flow rate measured values of flowmeters sequetinally in fixed cyclesΔT of, e.g. 10 minutes. A data retrieving means 2 finds water quality data of the raw water, i.e., a raw water receiving well corresponding to water quality data of respective ponds at a specific data and time. In this case, an arithmetic processing means 3 is provided which calculates time lags before the raw material reaches a mixing pond, a sedimentation pond, a filtration pond, and a purification pond and the data retrieving means 2 obtains the water intake date and time of the raw water corresponding to the water quality data of the respective ponds at the specific date and time and the water quality data of the raw water.</p> |
