PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make simultaneously accessible to a lot of card type electronic money readers/writers by connecting plural information processors on a communication network and providing each information processor with a communication means for accessing the specified card type electronic money reader/writer by designating an identifier. SOLUTION: A communication part 12 is for accessing a card type electronic money reader/writer 5 and is provided by utilizing a distributed object environment, etc., capable of communicating with a specified program distributed to the information processor on the communication network by designating the identifier. An electronic money reader/writer managing part 13 manages the using state of the card type electronic money reader/writer 5 and reports the identifier of an electronic money reader/writer control part 15 in non-use state to a request source corresponding to the request. The identifier is assigned to the electronic money reader/writer control part 15 by a communication part 14 for electronic money reader/writer access and while designating the identifier, the specified electronic money reader/writer 5 is communicated. |
