PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wet type image forming device constituted so that the desired flocculation effect of developed grains in a liquid developer layer can be surely obtained. SOLUTION: This image forming device is constituted so that the liquid developer layer is formed by coating a developing belt 12 with liquid developer including the toner grains with high concentration and an electrostatic latent image formed on a photoreceptor 1 is developed with the liquid developer layer. Then, it is provided with a corona charger 14 flocculating the toner grains by an electrical action and a controller 20 controlling the strength of a current flowing toward the belt 12 from the charger 14. By the controller, the magnitude of the current is controlled based on a temperature condition detected by a temperature sensor 21 so that the flocculation effect can be enhanced to the utmost under the detected temperature condition. |
