PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rationally constitute a processing device by which negative film is not cut at the time of cutting a negative sheet in which the negative film is inserted. SOLUTION: This device is constituted so that a boundary position between the pocket parts of the negative sheet 4 is cut by a sheet cutter Hc so as to separate the sheet 4 in the case of finishing the insertion of negative film 1 on one order in plural pocket parts 4a of the sheet 4, and the control form of a controller is set so that the cutting actuation of the cutter Hc is prevented when a presence/absence sensor NS detects that the film 1 exists in the sheet 4 at the cut position by the cutter Hc.
