PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress generation of abnormal noises caused by a play of a shaft part or a backlash of gears by providing an elastic ring which is brought into contact with a movable member and a fixed member with its sectional deformation to maintain the gap in the radial direction. SOLUTION: A radial gap is moved over a whole circumference between a shaft 20 and a bearing 21, and an axial gap is provided between a fixed member 11 and a movable member 12. This opening/closing interior device 10 is further interposed between the movable member 12 and the fixed member 11, and brought into contact with the movable member 12 and the fixed member 11 with its own sectional deformation (and thus, brought into contact with the friction), to maintain the gap in the radial and axial direction, and is not intended for use as the sealing. Since a ring 19 generates the friction force, the movable member 12 can be stopped at two positions of the fully-opened position and the completely closed position, together with at an arbitrary position therebetween.
