PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a building at a low cost in a short period of time by building wall surfaces and a roof in advance, producing floor boards for each story layer inside the building and lifting a group of these floor boards up to the highest story and fixing the floor layers for each story layer. SOLUTION: Columns 1 are built in corner portions of a building, wall surface panels 2 are installed between the columns, and the wall surfaces are built so as to surround the periphery of the space at the inner side. Next, when the panels 2 are assembled up to the highest story, a roof 3 is provided. Then, through-holes are made in the roof 3, and jacks 4 are installed on the holes. Then, a floor board 5 for each story is produced by utilizing the base in space. Then, a predetermined strength has been obtained, the suspension cables 6 are suspended by jacks, and one of floor boards 5 in a group at the highest position is fixed to the wall surfaces. Next, only one story layer portion of the group of floor boards 5 is lowered and is fixed to the relevant floor position. In this way, the group of the floor boards 5 are lowered by each story layer, and the installation of the floor boards 5 for the story layers is completed. In this way, the work can be carried out safely without being affected by the weather.
