PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retrain discharge of a battery when a battery unit is alone stored to prevent degradation by providing a power supply for supplying power to an electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: In a power supply circuit 35 provided in an electronic apparatus 31, a battery unit 21 is connected with the electronic apparatus 31. When the remaining capacity of a battery 15 is higher than a prescribed value, the battery unit 21 supplies power supply voltage from the battery 15 to each portion of the electronic apparatus 31 including a micro-controller 36. When the battery unit 21 is connected not with the electronic apparatus 31 and but with an external power supply such as an AC adapter 7, or the battery unit 21 is connected with the electronic apparatus 31 but the remaining capacity of the battery 15 is lower than the prescribed value, the power supply circuit 35 supplies power supply voltage from the external power supply to each portion of the electronic apparatus 31 including the micro-controller 36. In addition, power supply voltage from the power supply circuit 35 is supplied to an electronic circuit 17 in the battery unit 21 through terminals 33, 23 and terminals 5, 14. |
