PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a coating device so that a flow coating curtain flowing down from a flow coating machine is not disturbed by wind in coating a mate rial using both a spray coating system and a flow coating system. SOLUTION: In a device in which a spray coating machine 3 is arranged at the upstream side of a conveyer 1 and the flow coating machine at the downstream side, a tunnel type box frame 6 is mounted between the spray coating machine 3 and the flow coating machine 4 and a 1st wind shielding plate 7 is provided at the upstream side in the box frame 6 and a 2nd wind shielding plate 8 at the downstream therein to constitute the coating device.
