PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make effective use of a space in a corner part inside an exterior frame. SOLUTION: This dryer includes a corner drying room 6 disposed between an exterior frame 1 and a dryer drum and in the corner part of the exterior frame 1. Further, the corner drying room 6 is disposed in the upper corner part of the exterior frame 1, a drying air inlet 8 and a drying air outlet 9 are arranged in the corner drying room 6, and the drying air inlet 8 is located lower than the drying air outlet 9. Heat from the dryer drum or a motor is raised by natural convection to smoothly enter the corner drying room. Also, a blade body is disposed in the outer surface of the dryer drum to forcibly generate drying air.
