<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate an internal residual stress, to improve dimensional stability and to further obviate bubbles by laminating a prepreg in which a resin powder is adhered and a metal foil or a film disposed on one or both surfaces between rolls or hot platens heated at a specific temperature under a specific pressure on a sheet-like base material. SOLUTION: One or a plurality of prepregs in which a resin powder is adhered and a metal foil or a film disposed on one or both surfaces are inserted between rolls or hot platens previously heated to 100 to 250 deg.C, and laminated and formed under a low pressure of 0.1 to 15 kg/cm2 on a sheet-like base material. The method for manufacturing a laminate comprises the steps of adhering a resin powder 2 to a sheet-like base material 1 through a quantitative supply unit 3 and a sieve 4, heating it by a panel heater 5 or the like, then heating it by a heater 6 to impregnate it with resin. The method further comprises the steps of then adhering a resin only to an opposite side surface to the surface adhered with the powder, inverting the heated base material 7, adhering the powder 8, heating it by a panel heater 11, heating it by a heater 12 to obtain the prepreg 13.</p> |
