PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying feeding device of a substance to be packed capable of changing a gangway position corresponding to different cut dimensions and abundant in versatility with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: A feeding belt 10, a separation belt 12, a gangway belt 14 and a body-driving belt 16 are disposed in the order from an upstream side. The respective belts 10, 12, 16 are independently rotated and driven respectively and the body-driving belt 16 is driven in synchronous to a driving of a packing machine body. The gangway belt 14 is constituted such that it is rotated in synchronous to one belt alternatively switched and selected against the separation belt 14 and the body-driving belt 16. Thereby, the crossover position can be switched and controlled to two positions of (1) and (2) and can be adjusted corresponding to a cut dimension.
