PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a tile having excellent decorativeness for giving decorating properties to a wall surface by casting a cavity formed in combination of lower and upper molds with a resin to mold the tile, giving a desired pattern to a front surface of the obtained tile, and forming a sealing material layer on its rear surface. SOLUTION: In the case of molding the tile for decorating a wall, first a lower mold 11 having a surface 11a for forming a front surface side of the tile 1, and an upper mold 12 having a surface 12a for forming a rear surface of the tile 1 are combined. Then, an ABS resin blended with an antibacterial agent and/or a mildewproofing agent is filled in the cavity 13 constituted of these surfaces 11a, 12a, and thereby the tile 1 is molded. Then, a desired patter 7 is given to the surface of the obtained tile 1 by a hot stamping method, a film transferring method or the like. Subsequently, the tile 1 is coated with an acrylic resin, which is crosslinked by emitting a UV ray to form a coated surface 8, and then the rear surface of the tile 1 is coated with a silicone sealing material layer 9. |
