PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a motor bicycle to stand itself, to securely park the motor bicycle, and at the same time to easily move the motor bicycle to/from a parking lot regardless of the thickness and shape of the front wheel of the motor bicycle in the parking device of a three-dimensional parking lot for the motor bicycle. SOLUTION: A front-wheel pad base 4 is provided in a pallet and is reciprocated along a rail 10. The front-wheel pad 4 consists of a set of blocks, the set of blocks are moved in a V shape by a tilting device 16, and the front-wheel pad 4 falls when receiving the weight of a front wheel and at the same time is held between both the blocks from left and right. Also, a guide roller 18 is provided on the floor surface of a transfer base 6 for loading the front-wheel pad 4. The guide roller 18 is in contact with the front wheel on parking. Installation is made at a position where the guide roller 18 is used as a support based on the principle of a lever when the front wheel is taken out. Furthermore, a stopper 20 is mounted while being interlocked to the front-wheel pad 4 and the guide roller 18, and is engaged to the pallet when the weight of the front wheel is not applied to the front-wheel pad 4. When the weight of the front wheel is applied to the front-wheel pad 4, the stopper is rotated upward for releasing the engagement.
