PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the roof structure of a unit building capable of being built in the vicinity of a boundary line without infringing oblique line regulation, with an attic space easy to use. SOLUTION: A gable roof unit 2 is attached on a building unit 1 with a tip part on a gable side recessed from an end of the building unit 1. Any of a lean-to roof unit 3 lower than the gable roof unit 2, a lean-to roof panel, and a balcony unit is attached on the building unit 1 with the recessed gable roof unit 2.
