PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition having damping property and excellent in moldability (surface appearance). SOLUTION: This thermoplastic resin composition comprises (a) a (meth) acrylate-based copolymer having a glass transition temperature Tg A and (b) other copolymer having a glass transition temperature Tg B, and has at least one of tanδpeaks C other than the peaks of the Tgs A and B in a region of -30 to 100 deg.C in a viscoelastic spectrum.
