PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shut off a gas shut-off valve when gas is not used or when a gas implement is operated in a vortex flow or abnormally by selectively opening or closing the valve based on a signal from a thermoelectric element reacting with a heat to output a signal. SOLUTION: When a combustor is operated, an electric signal from a thermoelectric element is output, this signal is provided to a gas shut-off valve 15 installed between a coupling valve 18 and a gas hose 43 by a control unit 28 and the valve 15 supplies gas, but when all combustors are extinguished, the unit 28 does not transmit the signal to the valve 15, and hence the valve 15 is closed. The hose 43 has a polyvinyl chloride layer for passing the gas to an interior, a wire mesh layer for giving rigidity to the hose, a plurality of electric wires installed at the same interval in an exterior of the mesh layer and extended in a length direction of the hose 43, and a polyvinyl chloride layer for covering the wires and the mesh layer.
