PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain easy loading and unloading work by moving a container to the middle part of an under carriage while a vehicle is running and moving it back to the position where the rear end side of the container becomes flush with that of the under carriage while a vehicle is performing loading or unloading, thereby dumping up the front end of the container. SOLUTION: This trailer is provided with a moving frame 16 on the upper flange part of a main rail and a tilting frame 15 overlaid thereon. The moving frame 16 is formed with rolling parts 33, 36 at the four corners and the tilting frame 15 on the upper stage involves bolsters fitted with fasteners which are engaged with the corner joints at the four corners of the container. Bulkheads 29 having a connecting part connecting with a hoisting device 18 are mounted in a standing manner on the bolsters at the front end and supporting pieces are fitted at the lower part of both the end parts of the bolsters at the rear end. The supporting pieces and the roller of the rolling part 36 at the rear end of the moving frame 16 on the lower stage are connected by means of a common pivot shaft so as to be rotatable. It is thus possible to dump up the tilting frame 15 to which the container is tightened by extending or contracting the hoisting device 18.
