PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stain used for temporary construction in common at a low cost, easily level the surface horizontally, and dispense with special curing, which can be easily projected horizontally and does not cause any stamping sound. SOLUTION: This temporary construction used for stairs is constituted of substrate members 2a respectively mounted on horizontal surface 1a and 1a formed in tiers notched in the shape of a sawtooth in advance on the upper parts of a pair of parallel side panels 1 and 1 arranged in an inclined state and firmly fixed as tread sections of temporary stairs in a useable manner, facing members 2b overlapped on the upper surfaces of the substrate members 2a when the stairs are installed to fix and risers 6 repectively fixed to vertical surfaces 1c and 1c formed in tiers notched in the shape of a sawtooth when the stairs are installed in the same way.
