PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing Momordica grosvenori-honey product designed so that the free radical- and activated oxygen-removing and inhibiting activities, and antiperoxidative activities of the Momordica grosvenori may stably act by ingesting the Momordica grosvenori in combination with the honey. SOLUTION: A hot water-extract of Momordica grosvenori in a proper proportion is dissolved in honey to provide the objective Momordica grosvenori-honey product. Or a concentrated essence of the Momordica grosvenori water in the proper proportion is dissolved in the honey to provide the objective Momordica grosvenori-honey product. |
