PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange a ferrite core without play, prevent the contact of the fragment of ferrite core during charge and improve the disassembly of a product. SOLUTION: A ferrite core 31 is held between a ferrite cover 32 and a coil cover 12. In this way, the play of the ferrite core 31 is prevented and the ferrite core 31 is securely arranged outside a heating coil 11. The ferrite cover 32 of an electric insulation is arranged on the outer face of the ferrite core 31. Even if the ferrite core 31 is broken, the propagation to the charge portion of a heating substrate 15 is prevented. The ferrite core 31 is removed simply by turning a mainbody 1 upside down and then removing a bottom plate 3 out of an outer frame 2 followed by removing a ferrite cover 32, thus providing good disassembling ability during discarding a product.
