PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recycle document sorting sheets together with white papers and to easily discriminate sorting sheets from a document, by providing the sorting sheets with at least a colored part at the periphery different in color from the document, with the same color as the document. SOLUTION: A dark color part 2 is provided in belt shape in a shorter side in the surface of a separation sheet 1, and colored in different color (red, blue, yellow, etc.), from a document (ordinarily, white color) by printing. The dark color part 2 is provided in a part in the endmost of at least the separation sheet 1 so as to be easily discriminated even in the case of overlapping the separation sheet 1 with the document. A light color part 3 is printed in belt shape in a major side end part in the surface of the separation sheet 1, colored by printing in color (red, blue, yellow) different from the document (ordinarily, white color), and colored lighter (faint) than the dark colored part 2. The light color part 3 is provided in a part in the endmost of at least the separation sheet 1 so as to be easily discriminated even in the case of overlapping the separation sheet 1 with the document.
