PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suck a tip end of a sheet by a suction port and guide the sheet, by providing the suction port of a duct guiding air fed out by a blower means in a conveying guide surface of a guide member. SOLUTION: A pressure roller 2 comes into pressure contact with a fixing roller 1 from downward at a prescribed pressure, and a nip part N is formed between both these rollers 1, 2. A fixing device 904 is formed by this fixing roller 1 and pressure roller 2. For guiding a sheet carrying an unfixed image to the nip part N, a guide plate 3 as a guide member is arranged by providing a prescribed space from the nip part N. In this guide plate 3, a duct formed with an air path leading to a fan 920f is integrally formed with a conveying part frame unit 920a fixing the guide plate 3. A suction port 3a sucking a tip end part of the sheet is provided smaller than a sheet size in the guide plate 3. As a result, in the vicinity of the nip part N, an attitude can be corrected while suppressing a curl of the sheet by the suction port 3a of the guide plate 3.
