PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevatable storage device in a simple structure capable of easily adjusting resistant force in a well balanced manner when stored materials are lowered, and performing smooth elevation of the stored materials. SOLUTION: Stored materials 2 can be freely pulled forwardly down from an outer box 1 by rotational movement via link mechanisms 3 arranged on both sides. The link mechanisms 3 on both sides have parallel links consisting of front links 3a and rear links 3b. Dampers 4 (4a, 4b) are provided on the front links 3a on both sides and the rear links 3b on both sides for serving resistance when the stored materials 2 are rotationally moved and pulled forwardly down. The dampers 4 on both sides are formed as oil dampers 4b on either front or rear side and the dampers 4 on both sides are formed as spring dampers 4a on the other side. A spring adjusting mechanism 5 is provided for the spring dampers 4a to change spring force.
