PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a non-chlorine-based stretch film having a good efficiency in packaging work, showing a good packaging finish, and further excellent in stability with time and economic property. SOLUTION: This polyolefin-based stretch film has at least one layer of a mixed resin layer consisting of 30-80 wt.% component (A), 10-50 wt.% component (B) and 5-25 wt.% component (C) shown below as main components, and is characterized by showing 5.0×108-5.0×-109 dyn/cm2 storage modulus of elasticity (E') and 0.2-0.8 loss tangent (tanδ) ranges obtained by a dynamic viscoelasticity measurement at 10 Hz frequency and 20 deg.C temperature. (A) A soft polypropylene-based resin in which a crystalline block and an amorphous block are present as mixed in its molecular chain, and having a controlled stereo-regularity. (B) A polypropylene-based resin other than the above component (A). (C) A petroleum resin, terpene resin, coumarone-indene resin, rosin- based resin or their hydrogenated derivatives.
