PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a gel-like agent such as transparent granular body as first purpose and obtain a gel-like agent to which other beautiful feeling is added as a second purpose in addition to a first purpose in the presence of an oily additive of perfume, etc. SOLUTION: This gel-like agent comprises a granular body of an isobutylene- anhydrous maleic acid copolymer alkali metal salt, a block body of crosslinked polyalkylene oxide, an oily additive, a surfactant and water and is characterized in that the granular body and the block body swell and has transparency as a whole or comprises a block body of crosslinked polyalkylene oxide, an oily additive, a surfactant and water and is characterized in that the block body swells and has transparency as a whole. The second purpose is surely attained by including the granular body, the block body and the perfume in prescribed amounts.
