PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a packing material usable for storage and carrying without wasting it merely by employing a cable bag which is usable for display, sale, storage and carrying. SOLUTION: A bag is formed of two sheets of films, a transparent soft vinyl chloride film 6 and a translucent soft vinyl chloride film 7, in a shape of square, and a hanging tab 1 is provided at the edge of one side 2 of the square while a fastener 3 for opening and shutting the bag is provided at the other side 5.
