PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoe fitted with a waterproof interior trim material of one-piece structure wherein flat sheet material is not formed by sewing, joining, etc. SOLUTION: The present invention uses a one-piece waterproof interior material capable of expanding and contracting previously shaped three- dimensionally so as to fit the foot shape. The waterproof interior material is manufactured by putting on a high-contractive meshing base cloth in a sack (sock) form or cylindrical form on a last, dipping it in a liquid-state elastomer (rubber latex), and subjecting to drying and hardening (vulcanization).
