SOLUTION: At the time of subjecting a steel stock contg., by weight, 0.05 to 0.15% C, 26.0 to 30.0% Mn, 5.0 to 10.0% Cr and 0.05 to 0.15% N or moreover contg. 0.50 to 5.0% Ni to hot rolling, rolling starting temp. is controlled to 1050 to 1200 deg.C, rolling finishing temp. is controlled to 700 to 1000 deg.C, moreover, annealing temp. in cold rolled sheet annealing after cold rolling is controlled to 1050 to 1200 deg.C, and after the annealing, cooling is executed. Moreover, after the cold rolled sheet annealing, skinpass rolling is executed as well, the draft is changed, and its strength is controlled.
