PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable high temperature cooling to be cooked by direct heating to prepare nice smelling cooling with burnt lines by detachably attaching a cooling plate on the electric heating cooker main body and disposing a grill on the upper part of the electric heating cooker main body above the heating body in a condition the cooking plate is removed. SOLUTION: This electric heating cooker main body 1 is constituted of a frame 2, insulation plate 3, heating body 5, and heating body controller 6. Recess parts 2a, 2b are formed on facing both sides of outer periphery of the frame 2 to enable both ends of the grill 8 to be held by recess parts 2a, 2b on both sides. Accordingly, when the cooling plate utilizing heat transmission from the heating body 5 to the cooking plate for meat and vegetables is removed and the grill 8 is laid on outer periphery recess parts 1a, 2b, heat from the heating body 5a is directly transmitted to the cooking on the grill 8. Thus cooking can be done by direct heating to obtain nice smelling cooking with burnt lines.
