PURPOSE: A panel fixing bar is provided to conveniently fix a panel finishing a ceiling face or a wall face on a panel fixing bar. CONSTITUTION: A panel fixing bar(501) is composed of a first member(10) having a ledge unit and a second member(12) connecting to the first member by being fixed on the ledge unit. A horizontal section of the panel fixing bar is a U-shape, and the first member is formed of two side faces and a lower face. The second member having a smaller lower face than the first member is formed by being fixed on the ledge unit of the first member. Plural protrusions(13) of a straight line are installed on the second member, and a panel(600) is attached to the lower face of the panel fixing bar. Thereby, a tech is inserted between the protrusions of a straight line mounted on the lower face of the second member to conveniently attach the panel to the panel fixing bar.
