MECHANICAL OPTICAL SWITCH AND THE MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A mechanical optical switch is provided to ensure precise mechanical operation and easy manufacturing by having a simple mechanical structure and reducing manufacturing steps. CONSTITUTION: A mechanical optical switch includes a rotary arm(1), a lens arrangement plate(2), a coaxial support(3), a motor(4), collimator linkers(5) and a support. The central axis end of the rotary arm(1) is connected to the motor(4). The linkers(5) are connected around the other end of the rotary arm(1). The rotary arm(1) has a rotary lens hole for coupling the linkers(5) and an adjustment key hole. The lens arrangement plate(2) supports N number of links(5). The coaxial support(3) is connected with the lens arrangement plate(2) under the same. The linker(5) in the rotary arm(1) is positioned in one of the linkers(5) in the lens arrangement plate(2) through the motion of the motor(4).
