PURPOSE: An oil leakage preventing device is provided to prevent oil leakage, to enhance the durability of an oil seal and to enhance the lubrication of a bearing by constantly keeping oil pressure between a differential device and a constant joint with an oil flowing device. CONSTITUTION: An oil leakage preventing device(2) is rotated with a constant joint(8) by being combined on the outer circumference of the constant joint between an oil seal(4) and a bearing(6). The oil leakage preventing device contains a combining hole on a supporting portion and four rotating blades are protruded from the four directions of the supporting portion. The oil seal is loosened since hydraulic pressure in the differential device is increased during the high speed rotation of the constant joint and an elastic member(20) of a sealing supporter portion(18) doesn't sufficiently pressurize the oil seal. Then, the oil leakage preventing device guides oil in a space(22) between the combining hole and the rotating blades and keeps or reduces pressure in the oil seal with the rotational force of the rotating blades. Further, the oil leakage preventing device lowers pressure with the centrifugal force of the rotating blades for enhancing the durability of the oil seal and for constantly keeping oil amount between the oil seal and the rotating blades.
