METHOD OF PREPARING PHOSPHATE ESTER

PURPOSE: Provided is a preparation method of phosphate ester represented by the general formula (IV) or (V) which produces phosphate ester having same clarity and color as distilled water with high purity and yield by using an organic solvent. CONSTITUTION: A phosphate ester represented by the formula (IV) of P-(OR)3 or (V) of O=P-(ORX)3 is prepared by reacting phosphorus oxyhalide of the formula (I) of POX3 or phosphite halide of the formula (II) of PX3 with the compound of the formula (III), with adding Lewis acid as a catalyst at room temperature to 35 deg.C. In the formulae, R is alkyl, aryl or phenyl and X is hydrogen or halogen.
