PURPOSE: A vehicle windshield dispersion preventive device is provided to explode an inflator by applying a collision detecting sensor and detecting shock with a controller, and to prevent pieces of broken glass from being dispersed by scattering high viscosity liquid on a windshield. CONSTITUTION: A control unit(80) inputs a signal from a collision detecting sensor unit(70) and an air bag. The signal from the control unit is applied to an operating unit(60) combined with high viscosity liquid(30), and an inflator(10) is exploded according to the signal. The high viscosity liquid is dispersed on a windshield(110) in exploding the inflator, and an inflator assembly of the operating unit is fixed in a vehicle body panel with covering the inflator by a steel housing(20). A breakable door of a PAB housing has a rupture groove, and guides the explosion of the high viscosity liquid in exploding the inflator. The windshield dispersion preventing apparatus disperses the high viscosity liquid on the windshield by exploding the air bag and the inflator at the same time in a vehicle collision, and protects a driver and passengers from pieces of glass in breaking the windshield.
