PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a higher operation efficiency and an inhibition of power consumption and increase in the rated capacity of the system itself by enhancing a cooling capacity while suppressing increase in input power. SOLUTION: A controller 7a is provided to control a water sprayer 60 so that the water sprayer 60 sprays cooling water to a heat source side heat exchanger 22 when enhancing the cooling capacity of a refrigerating circuit 1R. When a detected pressure of a pressure sensor PS exceeds a specified value, the controller 7a controls the water sprayer 60 to let it spray the cooling water to the heat source side heat exchanger 22. Otherwise, when a detected temperature of a temperature sensor TS exceeds a specified value, the water sprayer 60 is controlled by the controller 7a to let it spray the cooling water to the heat source side heat exchanger 22. Otherwise, when the control capacity of a compressor 21 of a capacity control means 73 exceeds a specified value, under the control of the controller 7a, the water sprayer 60 sprays the cooling water to the heat source side heat exchanger 22.
