The combined regulator has a fluid with a pressure (p1) supplied a flow regulating stage (1) that has a motor actuated element (4) and an output is produced that is fed to an in line pressure regulator (9). The position of the pressure restricting element is determined by a differential pressure diaphragm (13) that responds to the system input pressure and the pressure at the output of the flow regulating stage.
