PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable orderly wiring and facilitate wiring and maintenance work by accomodating plural optical branching and coupling coupler in individual storing cases, and providing the individual storing cases with a fitting part to an optical part storing rack. SOLUTION: An optical fiber conductor 4 led out from an input port 5a is fixed by an optical fiber fixing small clamp 6, and the end thereof reaches an SC type optical connector plug 3 to be connected to an SC type twin optical adapter 2 for external connection. The optical fiber conductor 4 led out from an output port 5b is fixed by an optical fiber fixing small clamp 6 to construct an optical fiber protecting cord 7, and a high tension fiber layer is disposed on the periphery of the optical fiber conductor 4 to form a structure in which a protective coating is applied to the outer peripheral surface. The optical fiber protecting cord 7 is fixed by an optical fiber protecting cord pressing plate 8. The storing case cover 10 is provided with two holes formed in a fitting part 10A, thereby fitting and fixing the whole of the optical branching and coupling coupler 1 to an optical part storing rack frame.
