PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a developer which can immediately be used by dilution with water by incorporating an anionic surfactant, complexing agent, aminoalcohols and N-alkoxylated monofunctional or polyfunctional amines. SOLUTION: This liquid contains a reagent which is alkaline in water and an amphoteric surfactant, and contains at least one kind of anionic surfactant, complexing agent, aminoalcohol and N-alkoxylated monofunctional or polyfunctional amine. The reagent which is alkaline in water is preferably a hydroxide of an alkaline metal, an alkaline earth metal or ammonium, an alkali metal salt, an alkaline earth metal salt or ammonium salt of inorg. or org. acid, or an alkali metal salt of aliphatic, aromatic, aromatic aliphatic carboxylic acids. The amount of the anionic surfactant is 0.5 to 20 wt.% to the total weight of each concentrated liquid, preferably 1 to 15 wt.%. The amount of the complexing agent is 2 to 20 wt.% to the total weight of each concentrated liquid, preferably 4 to 15 wt.%. |
