CIRCUIT BOARD EQUIPPED WITH CAPACITOR AND MANUFACTURE OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a circuit board equipped with a capacitor for protecting a conductive part, on which a ferroelectric film is not formed in a circuit pattern from strong base liquid to be used at forming of the ferroelectric film. SOLUTION: A circuit pattern 3 constituted of a copper foil is formed on an insulating substrate 1. A conductive film 5 made of titanium as main components is formed on a lower electrode 3a included in the circuit pattern 3. An Ni plated layer 11 is formed on an electrode 3b for connecting the circuit pattern 3. A crystal line ferroelectric film 7 is formed on the conductive film 5 by a hydrothermal synthesis method. An upper electrode 9 which is electrically connected with one part of the circuit pattern 3 for connection is formed on the ferroelectric film 7.
