摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform stable operation, even if the source wiring resistance of a second memory is relatively high, and a source voltage is lowered suddenly by separating source wiring of a first memory from the same of the second memory and providing a noise cut-off means, having an independent source wiring between both memories. SOLUTION: A drain derive is constituted of a first memory M1, a second memory M2, a noise cut-off circuit NF and a D/A conversion circuit DA, and the output of the memory M1 is connected to the circuit NF, and the circuit NF is connected to the memory M2. The memory M1 distributes the digital image data inputted through a signal wiring bus VS, and the memory M2 latch operates by a latch signal inputted through latch signal wiring LS and has a function of synchronously supplying the image data to the circuit DA. The respectively independent source wiring are formed in the memories M1, M2, and the circuit NF, the source wirings for VDDM1, VSSM1, and VDDM2, VSSM2 and VDDNF, VSSNF are formed respectively in the memory M1, the memory M2 and the circuit NF.
