PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange flat tube with improved durability and high heat efficiency. SOLUTION: A predetermined row of beads 13 arranged perpendicularly in a longitudinal direction in a heat exchanger flat tube 11 and a row adjacent to the former row are set in an offset arrangement. In beads 13 of mutually adjoining rows one row is disposed slantingly right while the other row is disposed slantingly kept. A flat surface configuration of the individual beads 13 is ellipsoidal, which might disturb a flow passage of a refrigerant but which prevents a flow resistance from being increased. For this, there is ensured a heat exchanger flat tube 11 having high heat exchange efficiency and with high durability.
