PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate adjustment for a position of an optical axis of an optical system position and for an inclination of an optical axis, and to simplify lens- frame structure. SOLUTION: A lens-frame main body 1 constituting a frame part of a lens- frame 10 is a member of integrally formed structure wherein an inner frame 1a for holding a lens 2, an intermediate frame 1b screwed in with adjusting screws 5, 6, and an outer frame 1c screwed in with adjusting screws 7, 8 are connected by bendable-twistable cylindrical parts 1d, 1e and 1f, 1g. The screws 7, 8 are screwed in to adjust an inclination of an optical axis of the lens 2 via inclined protrusions 1h, 1i of the intermediate frame 1b and the inner frame 1a, and the lens 2 is moved in parallel to a direction orthogonal to an optical axis O by screwing the screws 5, 6 in, to conduct positioning for the optical axis.
