PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform voice signal recording processing with optimum recording time and sound quality with respect to a voice signal. SOLUTION: This voice signal recording device has a data attribute detecting means 44 detecting a data attribute table indicating a sampling frequency, the number of quantized bits, and a recording time for every voice data of each music in an input digital voice signal, a mode control means 40 specifying a sampling frequency and the number of quantized bits for voice data of each music so that all music in an input digital voice signal can be recorded by taking preference of data quantity for every voice data of each music based on a detected data attribute table and recordable residual capacity of a recording medium 24, and a mode conversion means 45 converting a sampling frequency and the number of quantized bits for every voice data of each music based on an output of the mode control means 40. |
