PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a central control unit (center system) always smoothly manageable each consumable of an image forming device at an image forming device control system. SOLUTION: When each consumable is consumed only by a quantity previously set per each consumable, consumable information including the item and the total consumption of a corresponding consumable is automatically informed to the center system through a data communicating device 7 and a communication line 8 at each image forming device of an image forming device group 101. The total consumption of the consumable is calculated based on the number of information corresponding to the consumable of the item included in the information and the quantity previously set corresponding to the consumable is calculated when the consumable information is given from the image forming device group 101, and each consumable is managed based on a calculated result and the consumable information given at each client 110 of the center system. |
