PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partitioning method capable of reducing the entire processing time and minimizing the probability that an error occurs in processing of compilation, etc. SOLUTION: This method is provided with a step which offers data consisting of plural processing unit data provided with element data as object data to be checked, a step B1 which detects the number of the element data respectively included in the plural processing unit data constituting the object data to be checked, steps B2 and B3 which select plural pieces of the processing unit data M33 and M30 from the plural processing unit data constituting the object data to be checked based on the detection results and generate a candidate block according to the plural selected processing unit data, a step B4 which compares the number of the element data including the generated candidate block with a set value and steps B4 and B7 that decide whether or not to make the candidate block the data block based on the comparison results.
