<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the labor of an operator performing plant monitoring, also to record necessary information alone as much as possible to accordingly save the waste recording quantity and to improve recording efficiency when a plant operation state is recorded, and further to facilitate retrieval and extraction for record data reference. SOLUTION: This device has each data input device 110 measuring the state quantity of each object to be measured at a plant site, a data selecting device 120 selecting an input data signal transmitted from each data input device 110, a monitor processor 130 processing a selected data signal transmitted from the device 120 and an alarm device 150 issuing an alarm in accordance with an alarm signal transmitted from the processor 130 and is provided with a data inputting part 131 fetching selected data from the device 120, an abnormality deciding part 140 deciding the abnormality of the selected data fetched by the part 131 and an alarm processing part 133 transmitting the alarm signal to the device 150 based on the decision results of the part 140.</p> |
