PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent 'vertical-OFF' due to the situation that a horizontal deflection circuit inside a television set is turned off faster than a vertical deflection circuit when the power source of the television set is turned off. SOLUTION: The horizontal deflection circuit and the vertical deflection circuit are usually supplied with the same source voltage (+15V). By inserting a diode 3 for backflow prevention, a supply current to the horizontal deflection circuit of a light load flows back to the vertical deflection circuit of a heavy load, and the 'vertical-OFF' caused at the turning-off of the power source of the television set OFF is prevented.
