<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make suppressible the height above a board by mounting an HCT (Hall element current sensor) on the board while dividing it into a core and an electronic part including a Hall element. SOLUTION: The HCT is divided into a C-shaped core 12 and a Hall element housing 13 comprising an electronic part including a Hall element body and the Hall element housing 13 is mounted in a fixing hole 14 made in the vicinity of the end part of a printed board 11. The hole 14 is made to match with the gap 15 in the C-shaped core 12. When the Hall element housing 13 is mounted in the hole 14, only the thickness of the power board 11 is taken into account so that the gap 15 in the C-shaped core 12 is not enlarged more than required. After the Hall element housing 13 is mounted, the core 12 is inserted from the end part of the power board 11 and supported fixedly at a position not shown.</p> |
