摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanically strong and chemically stable electrode wiring board which can enhancing the arranging density of belt-like electrodes in an electrostatic actuator, can be reduced in size through thickness reduction, can be driven in a high-output state with a low voltage, and can be manufactured through a simple manufacturing process even in a mass-producing state. SOLUTION: A wiring board is used for the stator or mover of an electrostatic actuator to cause the mover to float or move by controlling the voltage impressed upon the plurality of belt-like electrodes 125-127 of the stator or mover. The belt-like electrodes and lead-out electrodes are composed of conductive layers and fixed to an electrically insulating substrate 120 directly or through other lead-out electrodes, by means of insulating electrodeposited resin layers formed under the electrodes. Each insulating electrodeposited resin layer is formed, in such a way that an electrodeposited paint composition composed of a polyimide resin containing an ionic group, an organic solvent which can dissolve resin, water, and an ionic compound having a polarity which is different from that of the ionic group is electrodeposited and the deposited layer is dried, or as necessary, heat-treated or cured.
