PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To build up an information utilizing environment with keywords of 'safety', 'comfortableness' and 'convenience' by utilizing information exchanged between a vehicle and a platform in 2-way for the purpose of monitoring the platform from the vehicle. SOLUTION: A two-way exchange information utilizing system 101 includes a vehicle side network system 11 mounted on a vehicle side and a platform side network system 51 that is installed at a platform side. The vehicle side network system 11 has an information collection function that collects intensive information of vehicle side information and platform side information and an information utilizing function that utilizes various information obtained by utilizing the information collection function for the purpose of various services. On the other hand, the platform side network system 51 always monitors various states of the platform, has an information collection function and an information utilizing function similar to those of the vehicle side, and uses a vehicle communication unit 13 and a platform communication unit 53 to exchange various information between the vehicle side and the platform side.
